About Me
I’m Henry Olakunle, a Senior Product Designer and Founding Designer focused on building and scaling SaaS products that drive measurable outcomes.
I specialize in designing complex systems, improving onboarding, and reducing churn by simplifying how products work. My approach combines systems thinking, user-centered design, and a strong focus on business impact.
Over the past 4+ years, I’ve worked across SaaS, ERP, legal tech, and AI-driven platforms, partnering with founders and product teams to take ideas from 0→1 and scale them into usable, high-performing products.
At Ovo Meets Seed, I led product design from concept to launch as a Founding Designer, helping grow the platform to over 1,100 active users while defining core product experiences, onboarding, and system structure.

I enjoy working on complex SaaS systems and workflows, simplifying them into clear, usable experiences. I pay close attention to friction points such as drop-offs and rage clicks, and I think in systems and flows rather than isolated screens to ensure consistency and scalability.

A few things that define me beyond design.
Outside of work, I enjoy the simple things that help me relax and reset. I spend a lot of time watching anime, playing games, and listening to music. I also enjoy being around friends and just taking a break from everything work-related. It’s a different pace from design, and I value that balance.
